Next, you want to consider the kind of person you do and do not want to be a partner in business with you. Remember, I said this is a relationship business. So you want to be sure that you're comfortable with these people. When done correctly these will be lifetime friends.

When you look closely, most sponsoring and recruiting systems are just clones of some sales training company or another. These people will tell you, "It's just a numbers game. Go out there and collect 100 NO'S." Well, if three NO's hurt, who wants to collect 97 more of them? I know I don't! I'll bet you don't either!
